Coordination of Customs

Most products entering the United States are subject to US Customs inspection as well as US Customs duty. Greater China's logistics team handles all required paperwork and clearance to streamline this process and guide your shipments through ever-changing import regulations. This ensures your products are compliant, reduces customs delays, and facilitates order processing in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Organization of Port Services

Upon arrival at port and after Customs clearance, Greater China logistics works closely with port warehouses to monitor the devan (unloading), palletizing, storage and pre-delivery process for our cargo. This ensures a fast, seamless turnaround. Greater China provides fulfillment, warehousing, and drop-ship services upon request.

Domestic Delivery

In addition to the option of picking up goods at port LDP (Landed Duty Paid),  Greater China logistics can arrange door delivery (DDP Destination) on any shipment.  We offer standard and expedited options, online tracking, and written proof of delivery (POD) on any shipment upon request.

Greater China insures all freight for damage and loss during its entire journey to the USA as well as drop ship requests to other countries around the globe.
