Sales Account Manager

Our Sales professionals are responsible for a mix of new business development, sales and strong project management duties.  As a Greater China Sales Account Manager you will build and develop client relationships supported by training and mentorship from experienced Sales professionals. Specific job duties will involve prospecting for new business opportunities through implementing creative sales strategies, performing extensive customer needs analyses, meeting with decision makers, understanding corporate goals and the industry of each account. You will also be responsible for proposals, quotes, presentations, and product demonstrations. 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field

  • Five (5) years experience as Sales professional working with custom designed products
  • Considerable experience and understanding of manufacturing. Your experience should include experience & understanding of the principles and practices associated with offshore manufacturing, import and logistics
  • Excellence and demonstrated expertise in project management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Experience in utilizing  CRM systems, Microsoft WORD and Excel
  • The ability to respond to changing manufacturing and logistics timelines
  • Ability to work and understand the sales cycle applicable to custom designed products.
  • Excellent communication skills – listening, oral and written
  • Ability to develop and make effective customer presentations
  • Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective customers
  • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites on a regular basis
  • Experience as a small company business owner would be beneficial
  • Ability to keep it light and maintain a sense of humor even when the day becomes stressful

Project Management: Sourcing and Production Specialist

Goals and responsibilities for this position include:

  • Ability to provide accurate and timely responses; maintain competitiveness in pricing at all levels; ability to deliver each project on time and on budget
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with managers, sales staff, support staff, vendors and China team
  • Assist in aligning organization’s culture with company's vision, mission and values

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Passion to work, good working attitude, and fluent written and verbal bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin)
  • A desire to be part of a dynamic, growing company in an exciting industry. Willingness to work longer hours is balanced with ability to earn much higher income than industry average
  • A strong purchasing background, attention to detail, effective communication and problem-solving ability
  • Direct project management industry experience and CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) certification preferred

Position offers full benefits, health insurance, 401k, and career development plans. The position has a generous incentive plan with the potential to earn $70,000 + the first year
