We have standards for the quality and safety of our products and services, including a written service promise and a 30-day product guarantee. Greater China and our factory direct partners (we never use middlemen, brokers, or agents) are dedicated to doing business in an ethical and responsible manner consistent with our vision, mission and operating values.
Product Safety
Greater China and our factories comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding safety of products we produce and sell. We will meet recognized voluntary industry standards for our products and processes.
Environmental Impact
Greater China and our factories abide by environmental regulations. We manage our manufacturing footprint and our energy, water and waste systems to minimize any adverse impact on the environment.
No Discrimination
Greater China and our factories do not discriminate in hiring and employment practices on the basis of age, nationality, race, religion, social or ethnic orientation, gender or disability.
Proper Workplaces
Greater China and our factories provide a safe, healthy and secure workplace. We abide by applicable laws and regulations for safety and health. Proper sanitation, lighting, ventilation and fire safety protection are provided. Fair Compensation
Greater China and our factories comply with all applicable wage, work hours, benefits, and overtime regulations. If local standards are higher than applicable laws and regulations, we meet the higher standards.
Good Labor Practices
Greater China and our factories do not support any form of forced labor, or the use of physical or verbal harassment to discipline employees. We comply with all minimum age provisions and regulations.
Freedom Of Association
Greater China and our factories respect the rights of employees to associate, organize or join a union without fear of reprisal or interference. We also respect the right to bargain collectively.
True in Spirit
In the absence of law in China on these standards, Greater China and our factories will meet the spirit and intent of these policies independently.
